How to make a purchase
All orders are made through either individually created ASP pages or through
our shopping cart program. All the information requested must be filled
in by the user and we can not be held responsible for customers mistakes
in the information provided.
Prices and taxes
All our sales include VAT and postage to mainland UK unless stated. VAT
is not charged on books or orders from outside the EEC. All prices are
subject to change and the prices on the web site will over rule any printed
catalogue which are deemed to be out of date.
Delivery
The house signs and engraved products shown on our site are individually made
to order and we aim to despatch finished pieces within the time shown for the
individual product. . All other products will be posted from our warehouse within
the time shown in the product description.
If we are unable to supply the goods to your required specification, you will
be notified as soon as possible after we receive your order. You will be offered
a full refund or an alternative.
If we are unable to despatch your order within the specified delivery time, we
will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date.
If the delivery cost is included in the price of the product it will be clearly
shown in the description. All non UK orders will be charged accordingly. Some
of our items are delivered by courier and will be delivered to the given address
only. We reserve the right to request any subsequent delivery cost if the order
is returned to us due to a failed delivery.
Refunds
If your order arrives with defects or is damaged in transit, we will replace
it, whenever possible, free of charge or refund your money. If you need
to return goods, please contact us within three working days of receipt
of your order with details of the complaint. Returns are made at your expense,
although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances.
Guarantee
All our products come will the Timpson guarantee.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages
and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site
or our products or products provided by a third party.
Confidentiality
The information you provide us with will not be made available to any other
third party.
Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of
the English Courts.
Consumer rights
None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory
consumer rights.
