Yes all our payments are handled
via 'Worldpay'. These are one of the worlds biggest
internet payment providers and use all the latest
security measures. Timpson
don't hold any credit card data at all.

Do you post to countries outside the UK?

Yes! We post worldwide. Where
possible we use 'International Small Packet Rate'
this usually takes between 7-10 days. For larger
packages we use 'Parcelforce' these can take between
10 and 21 days.

How do you size the engraving on an item?
A
For slate signs we use set
sizes of 1", 1.5" and
2". For all other items we size the text to
fit the sign or use a size that looks right for the
item.

Can I return a personalized item for a refund?
A
Any item can be returned for a refund is the item
arrives damaged, we do not refund for mistakes made
at the time of ordering or just because you have
changed your mind, unless the item has not been started.
Once personalized items have been started, we do
not have
to issue a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?
A
Stock Items: You have the legal right to cancel
or change your order within 7 days of receipt of
goods. Goods should be returned in its original packaging.
Refund will be issued on receipt of the returned
goods. Made To Order Items: It is not possible to
cancel or change Made to Order Items if the production
process has already started.
However, if the nameplate/number has not gone into production we shall endeavour
to meet
your request for changes/cancellations.

Are the colours of the shoe dyes and polishes correct?

We have scanned or photographed the items listed
and we have tried to get them as near as possible,
But due to the differences in monitor settings it
is impossible to get them perfect
on every machine.

I'm outside the UK can I buy the Aerosols and have
them posted to my home address?
A
The answer is yes you can, but they have to be
sent via surface mail and not air mail which can
take up to six weeks for delivery.

Do your house signs come with wall fixings?
A
Yes they do! all our signs come with wall fixings.
